Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Coghill and Kerttula: Page 1, lines 7 - 9: Delete all material and insert: 2004-05-06 House Journal Page 3912 "WHEREAS the vision of the National Day of Prayer is to encourage every person, regardless of religion, to express their faith through prayer, particularly on behalf of our nation and its leaders; and" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall HR 10 am pass the House?"
