encourage every person, regardless of religion, to express their faith                              
through prayer, particularly on behalf of our nation and its leaders;

Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that                                       
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so                                    
ordered.
